NaviNet AllPayer®
One login. The whole payer mix.
A provider subscription that extends NaviNet® reach to thousands of health plans, including payers, ASO groups, and third-party administrators, through the login an office already uses every day.
How NaviNet AllPayer® serves the NantIQ® mission
NaviNet AllPayer® removes the portal tax on provider offices, giving them one set of credentials, one interface, and one place to work regardless of how many plans a practice bills.
- For providers
- Extend payer access beyond the plans that sponsor NaviNet®, reaching thousands of health plans, ASO groups, and third-party administrators through a single subscription and a single login.
- For payers
- Meet provider offices in the portal they already keep open, rather than competing for attention with every other plan's separate credentials.

The portal tax nobody budgets for
A practice that bills twelve payers keeps twelve sets of credentials. Every one of them has its own password rule, its own idea of where claim status lives, and its own reason to lock a user out on a Monday morning. None of that work appears on a fee schedule, and all of it is paid for in staff time.
NaviNet AllPayer® is the answer to that arithmetic. It is a provider subscription that extends reach to thousands of health plans, including payers, ASO groups, and third-party administrators, through the NaviNet® login an office is already using for the plans that sponsor its access.
Why it sits with the plan-sponsored platform, not against it
Health plans buy NaviNet® so their provider network has one good way to reach them. That solves the problem from the payer’s side of the table. It does not solve it from the practice’s side, because no single plan sponsors the whole payer mix.
AllPayer closes that gap without asking anyone to change how they work. Sponsored access keeps functioning exactly as it does today; the subscription widens the same session outward. Staff learn one interface, and the plans on the far side of it stop being the reason a biller has eleven browser tabs open.
What it means for payers
Adoption is inherited, not engineered. Electronic prior authorization submission through NaviNet® runs roughly 40% above the industry standard adoption rate,1 and the reason is not that the authorization screen is unusually good. It is that the office was already in the portal when the authorization needed submitting. Every hour AllPayer keeps a practice inside NaviNet® for its other payers is an hour that habit is being reinforced for the plans that sponsor it.
The economics underneath are the platform’s own: a manual claim status inquiry costs roughly $15.68 to process against about $2.07 electronically, and industry-wide, automating the eligibility and benefits workflow represents an estimated $12.8B annual savings opportunity.2 AllPayer’s contribution is to widen the set of transactions eligible for that swap.

Administrative transaction costs and the industry-wide savings opportunity are reported by the CAQH Index (now the DataSpring Index), which measures transaction volume, cost, and automation rates across US healthcare each year. ↩

Single-login payer reach
One credential set reaching thousands of health plans, including payers, ASO groups, and third-party administrators.
Eligibility & benefits
